Used. This lot is in Fair overall cosmetic condition. The cart is a bit rough, with lots of scratched paint.  The feeders all look complete, except 7 have the spring-loaded arm missing from the big reel section.  Most have at least one hand-written or taped-on marking. The sides of the feeders have typical scuffs/scratches from prior use.
Notes:
These came to us with a Universal 4796L machine which was working, but we have no way to test the individual feeders. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
