    1940's Warden Louie A Jones Louisiana State Penitentiary Angola "Bullet" Pencil. These were referred to as Bullet Pencils because of their design as they were not made from actual bullets. It reads "Greetings from Louie A Jones - Warden Louisiana State Penitentiary. This is located in Angola near St. Francisville, LA. It is well worn, but very difficult to find.
